About Ma-jobs	English (USA)
This is a list for people who are looking for or offering jobs. I started this list because I got tired of receiving job leads and trying to put employees and employers together. I decided a mailing list was more effective, so MA-jobs was started. The MA stands for mid-atlantic, but the jobs are not limited to this area. Anyone is welcome, although there are a few rules. You may NOT use this list to gather email addresses to send unsolicited offers. You may NOT take resumes posted to build a database of potential employees unless you specifically receive permission from the person to do so. Discussion should be limited to offering and seeking jobs. All other conversations should be private and not sent to the list. The moderator reserves the right to ban anyone for breaking the rules. Using Ma-jobs
To post a message to all the list members, send email to ma-jobs@calypso.tux.org. You can subscribe to the list, or change your existing subscription, in the sections below.
Subscribing to Ma-jobs
Subscribe to Ma-jobs by filling out the following form. You will be sent email requesting confirmation, to prevent others from gratuitously subscribing you. This is a private list, which means that the list of members is not available to non-members. Your email address:   Your name (optional):   You may enter a privacy password below. This provides only mild security, but should prevent others from messing with your subscription. Do not use a valuable password as it will occasionally be emailed back to you in cleartext. If you choose not to enter a password, one will be automatically generated for you, and it will be sent to you once you've confirmed your subscription.
