I've used Sunbird since 0.5 and I'm currently using 0.7, but I've only
ever used the packages from mozilla.org. I don't recall 0.7 ever
segfaulting on me. I've run this version of the package on Debian
unstable x86 and Debian unstable amd64.
Have you tried capturing a core file and debugging from there?
