That depends on where you are. There are huge parts of the country that are 
way too far from a CO to have DSL. They might have cable but not DSL or Fiber. 
We in the Baltimore/DC area are to accustomed to having hi-tech and think it 
is everywhere. It was just a year ago when I got Fiber. DSL wasn't available 
to my house.
