Yes; I just helped a friend find a new home for a virtually-new
rack cabinet. There are both cabinets and bare-post racks
to be had out there.

Beware: Virtually but not absolutely all racks are 19" spacing;
there ARE some few 23" ones. And a cabinet will need to be deep
enough for whatever you're mounting..
