Just keep in mind that Verizon is not a normal company. They're a
government-sanctioned monopoly, and so their primary concerns are their
stockholders and business partners. The customers just pay the bills and
"customer service" is considered a necessary evil. If you look at in
that light, then Verizon's behavior makes perfect sense. Unfortunately
