Phillips Hall is between 22 & 21, spanning the entire space between H
and I.  Or more formally:
801 22nd St NW
Washington, DC 20037

The address Luke sent above is the address for Tompkins Hall, where
*last April's* installfest occurred.  This is a different building.
We'll be on the 7th floor, in the CS department conference room.  Turn
left coming out of the elevator.
