This is a link to an economics podcast featuring Open Source ideas
advocate Eric S. Raymond.  It's a very interesting discussion about
whats right and productive about open source and whats wrong and
deficient in traditional methods.  Of course they're talking about
software but in this discussion you'll see how the ideas apply beyond
software.

Eric doesn't get into the Open Source vs Free Software debate.  This
isn't the venue for it as the audience isn't techie.  This is a chance
to communicate ideas common to both FS and OSS to people who don't know
about either.  

Hope you enjoy it and pass it onto friends and co-workers to help
introduce them to the same ideas.
