Except that to get better battery life they disabled just about everything
that you might want to use on a laptop.  The point behind the OP was that
Vista lasted longer, all things equal.  Some of those tips may be useful for
power saving, but I wouldn't recommend the document as a whole.  (I mean,
they disabled the touchpad.)
