	Amusing to see this action taking place now.  At one time,
	several years ago, the local Linux community had a well-placed
	and respected advocate on the Advisory Committee of the 
	Internet Caucus.  But said advocate was given negative support,
	and the business interests on said Committee were able to
	run him out.  I've always felt that this was a pity, and a
	missed opportunity.
