[Dclug] How to put a video into a web page?

I have posted earlier about the huge .mpeg file that I wanted
to put into a web site I have.  I have been informed that
converting the mpeg to a Flash Video will help, and I have
been able to convert the 1gig mpeg to a 50meg .flv file,
that plays very nicely on my home machine, using e.g. mplayer
or vlc.

So now I need some kind soul to hand me a snippet of html
code that will enable the world to click on an href and
the world will then see the video.  I hope this isn't hard,
and that I'll get dozens of excellent suggestions!
