[Dclug] Disk Partitioning

All,

I have a desktop with a 28.6 GB hard drive that is a hold over from my
last desktop.  The new computer came with a 186.3 GB hard drive.

I've come close finally filling up the 28.6 GB hard drive -- mostly with
photos and other art in addition to the usual.  

How do I get access to the 186.3 GB hard drive?  When I start the expert
partitioner, it associates the smaller hard drive with /dev/sda.  The
larger hard drive is /dev/sdb.

I am not expert at partitioning and disk management.  This is a first
time for me.
