Truthfully it never takes long to set up. Other then the 'figure it out 
time.' There might be time needed to remember how to set up the backdrop 
unit, and which door leads to where in the convention center :-)  I 
think the longest time in the past has been actually moving the boxes 
from car to table (and avoiding union goons along the way)

Im around to offer mental support  but other then that Im afraid I can't 
do much this year.
