That works for me as well.

So Wednesday 8pm EST IRC server: gwyn.tux.org    channel: FOSE.

Also, I agree we will probably not need the full load in time.  I went
ahead and removed the 11am time slot.  As of right now I plan on being
at the show no later than 12 noon on Sunday to begin setup, and it will
probably only take 2 hours at the most.  But just in case I put down
till 5pm to cover unexpected issues.  The hardest part will most likely
be either getting the backdrop setup or getting our badges.
