Initial proposal for Sunday

   For NoVA folks, meet at the McDonalds next to MicroCenter at 11:15.
We can car/vanpool down to DC leaving @ 11:30.  Those who don't drive
can park at the Vienna Metro stop so they are not tied to the driver
situation. 

The last time I went when this was done, we went for a bier
afterwards ....
