[FOSE] Show schedule for volunteers

Hello All,

Just wanted to email out a reminder of what time to show up for each
day.  Also below are relevant links to help you find your way to the
show and what's planned:

Schedule:

Sunday - We plan on showing up at the Washington DC Convention Center at
12 noon to register and begin unloading cars.  If you are in the NoVa
area, a small group plan to meet at the McDonalds in the MicroCenter
plaza to carpool into DC at 11:15am (leaving for DC at 11:30am).  I plan
on getting to the McDonalds by 11:00am to grab a quick bite to eat
before hand.

Tuesday-Thursday.  If you are signed up for the setup portion of the
morning, please get to the booth by 9:30am.  The show floor opens to the
general public at 10:00am and it would be good to have everyone there
and ready before hand.

Thursday is break down day.  After the show floor has closed we will
disassemble the booth and hopefully have very little to tote out.  This
should start around 4pm.


Getting Badges - There should be a "Exhibitor Registration" table at the
show where you can pickup your badges.  Registration should be open from
8am-4pm every day Saturday-Thursday.

If you have problems please contact me via cell phone (703-627-8397),
and I'll see what I can do.  I'll be there for load-in on Sunday.  I
also plan on dropping by before the show starts on Monday and Tuesday to
make sure everyone has got what they need (will likely leave at 10am).
On Thursday I have a doctors appointment I must attend first thing in
the morning, but when that's over I'll be at the show until the end and
help breakdown.
