I think a more effective solution than "political channels" would be if
there were a real contractor, that really has standardized on Linux, and
that really is qualified to bid on a project, would be to complain
through the official channels established for dealing with
discriminatory practices in the bidding system. They can legitimately
claim that the process discriminates against businesses that use Linux.
Anybody know if this has been tried?
