There is a deadline, and I always picked mine up at show if they sent it 
to me or not. Most of the time it went to a wrong address or I never got 
the postal mail anyway so there is always at show pickup.

Just keep that in mind when planning to arrive at the show, you might 
have to wait in line to get your badge.
