[FOSE] when and where?

I need to get back to for some Sunday afternoon family events.  I'd
prefer to get downtown ealrier than we've done on the past.  For the VA
folks, we'd meet @ noon in Fairfax and then drive in.  I have 1,200
Linux mags to drop off (in my truck now.  I have one (possibly two)
dolley's to transfer them.

Can we 

   a) get in before noon?
   b)meet around 10:30 & meet at 11??

If anyone wishes to carpool - I can drive but really need to be back
shortly after noon.
