[FOSE] when and where?

Due to prior commitments, I won't be able to make the conference or  
load-in, but I do need to hand off the Fedora DVD/CDs I received to  
someone.  I'm near the Dunn Loring metro and willing to Drive to meet  
anyone else going to the booth loadin that's in the area.
