Subject: [FOSE] Shutting down the FOSE list during the off-season

List membership,

I will be shutting down the FOSE list and setting it up to re-activate
on January 1.  It only gets spam during the off-season.  If there are
no objections by COB today, cronjobs will be put in place to activate
on January 1 and deactivate on May 1 every year, and then the list
will be shut down manually.

If there are better dates to use, please let me know.
