This is your culprit ... bad/wrong url.
This is definitely NOT the rhn URL.

This is my setting:
28. serverURL          https://xmlrpc.rhn.redhat.com/XMLRPC

As you see, https and a rhn address. What yours is pointing to, I don't 
know ... but the address is DEFINITELY invalid.
