[FredLUG] Software Freedom Day - 9/20

Instead of another InstallFest maybe we should try to do something 
around this? Starting with Gimp / Firefox / OO on Windows is a nice 
gentle introduction to FOSS for those not ready to try Linux.

I already know I can't actually be there on 9/20 as I'll be at the State 
4H Horse Show, but I can certainly help with getting ready for it. We 
could approach the library about doing something organized, maybe by 
placing a person at multiple branches and getting the library to help 
promote the event.
