I can walk to that place! Too bad that they couldn't put it downtown, 
although I imagine the rents in the historic district might have made in 
unfeasible down there.
Michael Zitz's email is Michael Zitz Beckham <mzbeckham at gmail.com> - If 
Paul doesn't get a response let me know and I'll ping my friend to prod 
Zitz. Although Zitz seems pretty responsive so I doubt it will be an issue.

Keep me in the loop - I'd love to attend the freelancers open house when 
they have it...
