[FredLUG] CAH Oktoberfest not free

I'll have to look at the map of the blocked off area. Maybe we can find a
business that will let us set up out front on the edges of the event? Or we
could go guerrilla, and hit the crowd armed with our Octoberfest Tux Tshirts
and a stack of CDs.
