Don't overlook the quanta+ app, which is a part of the kdewebdev
package. It's part of the yum fedora repository.

I like RedCar as a TextMate-like clone for Linux.  As far as a heavier
weight IDE, Aptana Studios eclipse-based tool is pretty good.
