I was just about to mention this plugin.

It is great!!!!

Glassfish bundle with aptana is a great combination for the web stuff, 
and for advanced stuff that they may get into using jsp.

(You may need to populate the appropriate aptana web, however, it is not 
a big deal to install on glasfish bundle.)
