I'm not sure where the "hassle again" comes from. It's been running, and
still does, the mailing lists for the large Mid-atlantic user groups,
and hosts other open source projects too. However, it's showing it's age
because in the last few years, the number of volunteers (ACTIVE
volunteers) have been far and few between.
