[FredLug] FredLug - Spread the Word

Good Evening,

During the last meeting, Peter and I discussed putting a poster on the
library's bulletin board to help promote the group.  Attached is the idea
that I came up with.  It borrows a lot the the same text that is on the
website that Mark has been working on.  If you feel compelled, please use
this to hang at other locations (libraries, coffee shops, schools, work,
etc.) anywhere where you can get permission.

If anyone spots any errors or can suggest changes, please let me know.
