[FredLug] [Fwd: New subscription request to list FredLug from fredhackgroup at gmail.com]

The list is small enough that having to stick to a strict rule like
that is really necessary.  The group seems legit and interested in
what we do, and probably vice versa.  Also, it's unlikely they'd spam
us which is probably the main reason we review the requests.  I'm +1
to add them.
