AGREED. My wife's family were subscribers and we are also albeit just
online so I forget we have the service. When looking for someone
local, we use this. Need an electrician, hvac, roofing, etc, the list
has NEVER failed us in the 18 years (I think) we have used it. 

The ratings are done by consumers and in my experience are dead on.
