[Ma-linux] APACHE/PHP with Oracle

There is no magic version of PHP/Oracle/Apache. You just have to compile
them all together. Install Oracle. Then apache, Im running 2.0.52. And
then compile php. You HAVE to have the oracle client libraries and some
of the development stuff installed to make the --with-instantclient (or
--with-oci8) stuff work on the php compile.
Try it, and when you get an error, ask and someone can help you get
farther along.
