My wife is trying to use Ameritrade to do some online seminars, and I look at
the video clips of the Calgery Flames games via WMP.
Recently I have not been able to get video displayed while playing the clips
unless I move another window on top of the browser window in which WMP is
playing the clip. Video plays/displays fine if I do this. Of course as soon
as I move the window from in front of the clip, the video freezes/pauses until
I move the window back in front. I upgraded versions thinking that somehow
this might be a problem.
So, at this point I either have:
1. connection speed problem (but why would video play fine with window in front)
2. IE problem (I did recently apply patches)
3. Something else wrong with video driver for the video card
4. ???
Anyone else know of anyone having this problem. I'm really looking for
suggestions of things to check.
