[Ma-linux] Spam filtering scores for Amavisd-new and Freshclam

Some of the emails I get that are spam get put in /var/spool/virus (I think
this is the default dir), while others are not filtered and get delivered to
the user.

I'm pretty sure this is related to the "spam score" associated with a
particular email.

My question:  Which app (of the two above) scores the email with a spam score,
and where would I look to increase/decrease this score so I can reduce the
amount of actual delivered spam to a user?

PS I'm using Postfix as well.
