[Ma-linux] One Laptop Per Child Laptop

The LUGs in the area can fundraise and give all the money to OLPC, so that
they can "supply" the laptops as they see fit.

I don't think its unrealistic to assume that $10,000 could be raised from the
LUGs in the DC area.

I think if we started this campaign, and could get a little exposure, it might
balloon up from there.
