[Ma-linux] Updating APCUPSD

I'm trying to change over from 3.12.4 to 3.14.2 using NIS instead of the old
master/slave config.

Installed the Suse 10.2 rpm on the server, get the following error message,
when running apctest:

"Clearing previous self test result...8.602 apcupsd: linux-usb.c:776
HIDIOCSUSAGE for function SelftestStatus failed. ERR=Invalid argument FAILED"

I'm thinking to resolve this, I most likely will need to run make to get this
package configured correctly for my box.

I currently have apcupsd running, but haven't tried any testing since I'm not
sure if this will prevent normal ops.
