Maybe. I looked at the power supplies, and this one seems to have
enough juice:

I don't know if that's dangerous or not. But it's more than just power
supplies that should stop you: what about storage/hard drives? What
about all the other cards you might need to put into the motherboards?
What about hooking up a monitor to install the OS on the machines?
I guess you can use flash drives, boards that have everything built into
them already, and pre-install and configure the OS.
