[Ma-linux] Changing video driver

OS: OpenSuse 10.3 beta 2

Current Driver: radeon

End Driver (where I want to be): nvidia

I figure I need to change to the "vga" or "vesa" driver as an intermediate
step while changinf from an ATI based card, to the nvidia card.

When I try to change the driver to one of these options by editing the
xorg.conf file, both bomb. Issues range from out of rnage of H and H modes, to
no display depth for selected driver.

When I go into Sax, there is not option for me to change drivers and test.

So, how should I approach this issue?
