[Ma-linux] comcast is that bad?

Hi all,

I'm setting up a web server on a comcast business connection I have in
Maryland. I haven't been using this internet connection much until the
last couple of days as I've been bringing my web site online. As I've
been testing my new web site, I've come to realize that I'm loosing
connection to my web server. It's now happened twice in the past two
days which is really bad! I have a second internet connection which is
run by Verizon and that seems to be much better. Is Comcast a bad
internet provider or am I having bad luck in my neighborhood? What other
viable options are there for internet providers besides Comacast and
Verizon in Maryland? (I'm located in the greater DC metropolitan area.)
