[Novalug] NOVALUG Design Contest

WHAT: Design Novalug's new website
WHY:  Because Greg is tired of updating the site
WHEN: Due 15 February
WHO:  Anyone
HOW:  Digitally, on the web.

Everyone is invited to build a webpage for Novalug. Use any tool (open
source) to build the site you want.

REQUIREMENTS:
Easy to update (change date, speaker name and talk info monthly)
Anything else you want

The goal is to give Novalug a 'new feel' and make it easy to update. I
need to change the date and talk information monthly. I want my job
easier!

Feel free to be as creative as possible. Have a survey, news feeds,
story submission, etc. 

CONTEST:
Bragging rights and a site to add to your portfolio. You have the
right to talk at a meeting about how you developed the site.

There MAYBE a prize.
