I'm all for a local Oracle group. Man, I thought I was the ONLY Oracle 
professional living in Fredericksburg! Glad to know I was wrong. I like 
your ideas for discussion subjects; but it strikes me that we may want 
to have a special "oracle club" for some of discussions like the ones 
above?  Besides, there are local Oracle user groups, like SEOUG. I can 
recommend using them for these kind of tools discussions.

Where I lack on these groups is frequent face to face talks. If there 
are enough of us here, I think we should put our heads together at next 
NOVALUG meeting and figure out where we want to take this?
