[Novalug] Tutorials

I think there's been enough discussion of this idea to indicate a good 
deal of interest. If I knew how to go about setting up a wiki, I'd do 
the next step (hint: maybe a good subject for a tutorial), but I'll have 
to content myself with throwing out an idea as to how we could set it 
up.

I think we need two main sections:

1. Tutorials desired. Got a subject you need help with? Put it on this 
page. This page could be used as a resource for those offering 
tutorials.

2. Tutorials offered. Have a section for each tutorial. Give a name, a 
brief description, course materials, fee (if any) and a contact to sign 
up.

Security would have to be addressed, of course.

One question that occurs to me is whether we would welcome offers from 
commercial operations that do computer courses.

Any volunteers to set it up?
