I was going to let some of the more experienced answer this but then thought "If I can do this, anybody can."
Yes, you can do that. I do it all the time. IIRC, though, the watch word is that you want to install the Windoze OS's first.
I currently have a machine running Windows XP, Windows Beta (RC) and Mandriva. The default through LILO (or is it GRUB) is to Mandriva. However, if I select the Windows OS, it will let me select between XP and Vista (two step boot).
At one time I built a box that booted Windows XP, Windows 2000, and two Linux releases.
