If you have hardware that does virtualization, yes. Otherwise no
because the changes required for paravirtualization have not been back
ported to the 2.4 kernel. OR THAT IS WHAT I BELIEVE.

Is it open source? If so, I can and will look at it.

if not, call the vendor and demand support. 

Or find/write/contract a new solution.
