Indeed Novell has agreed to pay Microsoft a fee per copy of Novell SuSe sol=
d.

According to Novell, Novell has agreed to make this illegal
payment because Microsoft has many software patents.

Read the agreement, and the official press releases and the
official statements of Novell and Microsoft to the press.
