	Greg, your lawyer guy told us:  Red Hat, Slackware, Debian etc
	could get "bombed" with _claims_ of patent/copyright violations.
	Doesn't matter if they are all BS; the Linux community would have 
	to respond to all of these, lest some judge issue summary judgment.

	Now that M$ "has a relationship" with Novell, SuSE will be
	spared such bombing.  And M$ can claim,  "What, me a monopoly?
	Why, there's Apple/Macintosh, and . .  let's see . . . there is
	of course Novell/SuSE, which, fortunately, we partner with
	nicely, as we do with the Macintosh people".

	I'm sure that Redmond can afford, probably already has, the
	best lawyers in the world.
