[Novalug] 32 bit Linux on 64 bit Machine

There is no problem running 32 bit OS'es (Windows or Linux) on extended 64
bit CPU's like Intels with EM64T or AMD with X64. You just don't get any of
the benefits of the 64 bit OS.
