Yes, it is called wpa_supplicant.  In order to get it to work, the
drivers for your NIC need to support WPA.  In some cases, people end
up using Windows drivers with the help of another package called
ndiswrapper.  Finally, a helpful GNOME applet called NetworkManager
can help manage all of this for you.
