It can be whatever the speakers decide.

My outline:
   For each database (5 minutes or less?)
      Database name
      What license (2 seconds)
      Major features
      Addon tools (phpmyadmin for instance)
      Common places it is found
   Audience participation
      ask questions specific to a database
      ask questions about databases and all can answer for their DB


BUT this is jsut ONE idea.
