I totally agree with this.  Every time I see this kind of question 
posted about how to limit or prevent kids from doing something from a 
technical aspect I think the same thing:  what do you do in the other 
areas of life where you don't have the ability to restrict them on 
technical merit?  I think expecting them to behave appropriately and 
keeping an eye on them is better for them.  After all, they can just go 
to the library to use computers.
