[Novalug] new Ubuntu version out - servers choked?

- looks like Ubuntu's 7.04 release is out (am running
6.10 - very nice)... 

- went to do a quick update of the TZ files, but looks
like the server is unresponsive...

- anyone else having this problem? ('net access is
good for all other sites)...
